Dumpsters for Demolition Debri

If you’re undertaking your own demolition or clean-up project, Hengel can deliver a roll-off right to your door—and pick it up whenever you’re ready. As with all of our products and services, we’re happy to help you determine if a roll-off dumpster is the right choice for your project—and if it is, we’ll help you decide what size you need. In many cases, we can deliver your roll-off the same day you order it!

As we help you select a dumpster from the options below, please keep in mind that our trucks require ample space to drop off and pick up the dumpster. The process also requires that you have a relatively flat area for roll-off placement.

Pricing is driven by the size of the dumpster you rent. They are available in the following sizes.

20 yard (7 x 20 x 4)
30 yard (8 x 20 x 5)

10 yard (7 x 16 x 2.5)
12 yard (7 x 16 x 3)
15 yard (7 x 18 x 3)

IMPORTANT: Because our landfill is certified by the state of MN to only accept materials typically used in the building or building demolition process, only these types of materials can be placed in our roll-off dumpsters. Acceptable materials include (but are not limited to) the following items:

  • Asphalt

  • Concrete

  • Stone

  • Bricks

  • Siding

  • Metal

  • Plumbing fixtures

Unacceptable Waste

Electronics, Burnt items

Unacceptable items that are placed in Hengel dumpsters or dropped off at our landfill will be subject to additional disposal charges as these items must be transported by our staff and disposed of at other sanitary landfills.

FAQS

Q: How long can I keep my rented dumpster?

A: Our typical rental period is two weeks. However, if you complete your project prior to the end of the two-week period, we can usually pick up your dumpster sooner. Similarly, if your project stretches beyond two weeks, we can provide you with options for keeping the dumpster longer.

Q: How full can I fill my dumpster?

A: Ultimately, this will depend on the type of material you place in the dumpster as the weight of the loaded dumpster cannot exceed 27,000 pounds. In addition (regardless of weight), debri cannot extend above the sides of the dumpster. In other words, the dumpster can only be filled to “level.”

Q: What is a cubic yard?

A: Picture a box that is three feet deep, three feet wide, and three feet tall. That is one cubic yard.
